Presented by the sixth Duke of Westminster to the users of Belgrave Square Garden to mark the start of the third millennium.
{on the outside edge of a ring:}
To see a world in a grain of sand and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.

The poetry is from "Auguries of Innocence" by William Blake.
