Boundary stone - Lambeth

Erection date: 1809

Inscription

The ground belonging to the Parishes of St Olave and St John Southwark extends 7 Feet 6 Inches north east of this Stone.
1809

There's probably someone out there who is fascinated by old parish boundaries and how the parishes merged and split over time.  We try to steer clear, but were forced to engage with St Olave and St John when researching the war memorials at St John Horsleydown.

Site: Boundary stone - Lambeth (1 memorial)

SE11, Walnut Tree Walk

We don't always collect boundary stones since they are not really memorials but this one caught our eye and seems to be little known.
