Designed by Thomas Archer this church was built in 1728, one of the Queen Anne churches. Suffered a direct hit on 10 May 1941 and was gutted by the fire. It was not repaired for over 20 years, but was eventually restored and reopened in 1969 as a concert hall.
David Gay's tree is just to the right of our photo. You can actually see it in the foreground of our photo for the nearby Nobel House.
