Thomas Hosmer Shepherd

Artist who portrayed London during its 19th century developments. Born in France but christened at St Luke Old Street. Younger brother of George Sidney Shepherd, also an artist. Died 5 Cloudesley Street. See St Martin Outwich for an example of his work.  And the splendid Library Time Machine for many of his Kensington views and Chelsea views.
