Social Housing gives: "Mr Tyrrell said he believes the organisation - which was deemed non-compliant on governance by the social housing regulator in March 2016 after almost breaching its lender covenants - needs a ‘fresh new leader’ with a more energetic approach to deliver a change programme. Mr Tyrrell, who has been chief executive of THCH since May 1999, will leave the role on 9 September 2016."
