Sir Parker Morris

Sir George Parker Morris was Westminster's Town Clerk in 1951. 1960 founded the charity HACT. He led the Parker Morris Committee which drew up an influential 1961 report on housing space standards in public housing in the UK titled 'Homes for Today and Tomorrow'.
