William II, the last German Emperor and King of Prussia. Born Berlin, the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria, and so nephew to King Edward VII. Ruled 15 June 1888 until his abdication on 9 November 1918, following Germany's defeat in WW1. He lived out the remainder of his life in Holland.
