Alice Meynell, 1847 - 1922, poet and essayist, lived here.
London County Council

Site: Alice Meynell (1 memorial)

W2, Palace Court, 47, Spanish Catholic Chaplaincy

The scaffolding next door is the result of a major fire there in January 2013. It is a large property which was/is "under refurbishment" for which read "being practically rebuilt and losing any sense of being an old building, by owners with too much money" but that's just our personal opinion.
