Designed by John Shaw, Jnr., even in its current rather dilapidated state, this delightful fountain puts other Victorian examples to shame.
We'd guess that Percy was fond of dogs and that he lived in Kensington, but we don't know.
Nice flowers in the upper level. Surely not even a dog would want to drink from the lower level?
