The composer of this plaque has been very mean with first names and initials.
The original UCL, built 1825 - 1832, comprised this quad and its buildings, by the architect William Wilkins (1778 -1839).

The plaque is next to the alarm on the left hand column below the word 'Dreams', above the child in the blue jacket.
