Sir Noel Coward 1899 - 1973 dramatist, actor and composer.
Noel Coward lived for a few years of his childhood (1906 - 1909) in Lenham Road. His first public appearance on stage was on July 23rd 1907, in a concert at Sutton Public Hall when he was about 8 years old.
