Funded by the firm that has recently redeveloped part of the 1970 Acton Estate. Our photos do not do this charming mosaic justice. Spitalfields Life have good photos, and also say that there are hidden initials of local people who worked on the piece. We could not find these so please let us know if you have more success.
Hackney History Vol 3 has a chapter, The Last Harvest of Haggerston Farm, which we believe gives the early history of this area.
