Site: Old Meeting Congregational Church - Uxbridge (3 memorials)
UB8, Uxbridge High Street, Watts Hall in Beasley's Yard
The two memorial stones are on the wall to the left of our photo, hidden by the foliage. They are in very good (as new) condition and we think they may be modern recreations of the memorial stones that were originally inside the church, but we have no information about why they needed to be made and erected on this wall.
To the right of the church building with the blue door, but hidden in our photo, is an original date plaque made of framed terracotta tiles: "1883".
On an information board: "126 Beasley's Yard, restored in 1986 by the Trustees of The Uxbridge United Reformed Church Charity."
In Google Maps satellite view you can tell by the pattern in the paving which of the buildings in Beasley's Yard was considered most important by whoever funded the design of the paving.
