By 'mezzanine' we mean the half-floor around the main concourse, though Network Rail called it a 'balcony' in their press release announcing its opening in 2012.
In our photo the Battle of Waterloo medallion on its white marble is in front of the person in the black baseball cap and the Waterloo Station is above the blue Metro container.
