Both Norfolk House in St James's Square and the Bushy Park site of the European HQ of the US Army Air Forces claim to be the place where Eisenhower planned the WW2 Normandy landings and Operation Overlord.   We believe the planning for the Normandy landings was started at Norfolk House and then moved to Bushy Park.

For a list of all the US presidents that appear on London Remembers see John F. Kennedy.
