London Picture Archive date this photo 1935 so perhaps it was taken to show the plaque, newly erected.

Getty Images have another, 1958, photo showing this house as one in a nice curved terrace of empty properties waiting for the wrecking ball. So we can assume it was demolished in or shortly after 1958.
