Andre Spitzer

Fencing master and coach. Born in Timișoara, Romania. In 1956 he moved to Israel where he served in the air force and attended the National Sport Academy, where he studied fencing. Representing Israel in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he was murdered along with ten other team mates by Palestinian terrorists.
