Edna Pastor

2016: Andrew Behan investigated Pastor and writes: The only Edna Pastor, born 1922 and died 1986, that I can trace is the entry shown below. She lived for some time not too distant from the location of the memorial so I believe this is our Edna Pastor.

Edna Florence Pastor was born Edna Florence Austen on 28 March 1922 in Croydon. She married Louis Pastor in late 1953 in Westminster and they are shown on the electoral registers as living at 57 Victorian Dwellings, Clerkenwell Road between 1954 and 1964. The 1965 electoral register shows them at 122B Block E, Bedford Court Mansions, Bedford Avenue, WC1. Probate records show that she died on 4 February 1986, aged 63 years, and had been residing at 27 Roundstone Caravan Park, Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex.
