Edward Norvall

This photo was taken at a wedding during one of Norvall's terms of mayoralty. The bride and groom (Thomas Watts And Mrs Susan Lawler) are the couple at the centre. Norvall is at the far right, this wife is at the far left. This moment frozen in time fascinates us - the hands as well as the faces.
