Barrister and army Major. John Maclean Rolls, 2nd Baron Llangattock, son of John Rolls,1st Baron Llangattock, and his wife Georgiana Marcia Maclean. Elder brother of Charles Rolls. Born London though the family home was in Monmouth. His two brothers also died early without issue thus the title became extinct.
