Michael Noel Carman

A Labour party councillor of the London Borough of Hounslow 1992 and c.2003-6. He attended meetings but the only achievement we can find is the unveiling of the newly sited Brentford Monument.

According to the Company Check website he was appointed as the development manager of Lampton 78 Limited, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB, on 18 May 2004 until he resigned on 23 May 2006. His home address was 41 Windmill Road, Brentford, TW8 0QQ and electoral registers from 2004 to 2008 confirm this address. 

The Company Director Check website shows that from 20 June 1995 to 2 April 2002 he worked as a Director (Regional Co-ord Housing Ass.) in the Brentford Regeneration Partnership Limited, 191 High Street, Brentford, TW8 8LB and from 17 October 2000 to 11 September 2012 as a Director (Housing Ass) in The Bridge UK (Brentford) Limited, 206 High Street, Brentford, TW8 8AH.

Michael Noel Carman was the third child of Reginald Noel Carman (1915-1981) and Gladys Ellen Carman née Fisher (1910-1976). His birth was registered in the 1st quarter of 1944 in the Bury St Edmunds registration district, Suffolk, His father was described as a 'Storekeeper motor stores' in the 1939 England and Wales Register. His two older sisters were Jean Anne Carman (1937-2019) and Eileen Joyce Carman (1939-2016).
