British Universities Film and Video Council have an 1979 audio file: "Interview with William Bell, Chairman of the Historic Building Committee on the Greater London Council, on listing London’s newer buildings to save them for future generations. Buildings include London Zoo aviary, and the Post Office Tower. He goes on to talk about changes on post-war architecture in London. Male interviewer not identified."
