Clerk of the Committee to restore Bishop Wood's Almshouses in 1930. Clerk to the Spurstowe's Charity which in 1906 had taken over the administration of Bishop Wood's Almshouses. Succeeded in this role by his son Mr G. P. Voss, solicitor of 247 Bethnal Green Road.
