Inscription

{On the relief, below the heads:}
CVM MARTE MINERVA {Mars with Minerva}

{Below the relief:}
20th Middlesex Artists RV

To call this a memorial is stretching our definition to breaking point, but, hey, it's interesting and this cartouche medallion, by Brock, is a visual pleasure so we are having it.
