Plaque unveiled by his widow, Lady Antonia Fraser. It says he was born at this address, but in fact, his family didn't move here until so...
The birthday was on Saturday 11 June, so we take the date on the plaque to refer to the party.
In the photo the memorial is partly hidden by the rubbish bin.
