The signal box is now, 2022, home to La Boîte, a crêperie.
The story of this signal box is well told at Highams Park Forum, where we learnt that, despite the text on the plaque, the Association never signed a lease, and acted more as a broker between Network Rail and a potential occupant. The Association seems to have no presence on the web, possibly because its job is done.
